Welcome to body treats. Please take some time to read the following conditions that apply to the use and enjoyment of the products and services provided on this site. Please note that body treats is only a distributor of the products sold on this website. We are unable to give information regarding other sellers of these products.
By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.
If there is any uncertainty with the terms and conditions below, please contact body treats before the completion of any purchase.
REVIEW OF TERMS
body treats reserves the right to change, add, remove or edit any portion of these Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion, at any time.
Please ensure you have read the Shipping terms documentation prior to placing your order. We strictly stick to our shipping conditions. So please choose carefully and click here for more information.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
Payment methods available are PayPal, online credit card, phone credit card, Afterpay and EFT. American Express is NOT accepted. PayPal will accept bank card, Master Card and VISA. If you do not wish to pay over the internet, you can ring your order through and give credit card details over the phone. For electronic funds transfer (EFT) directly to our bank account, we use NAB as our merchant facility.

body treats will not ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. Orders that are not paid for within 14 days of purchase will be deleted from our system. Before the order is deleted, you will receive an email reminding you to complete the payment process for your order.
Damaged products – If products are received damaged please contact body treats within 48 hours to advise us of the order date and the details of the damaged product. Damaged products must be sent back to body treats within 14 days of receipt. New products will be dispatched only once the damaged products have been received by us. You will not be charged freight to have the new undamaged item sent to you. We will also reimburse you any postage fees you incur to send us back the damaged product.
Incorrectly ordered items – If you happen to order the wrong item you can send it back and we will send the correct item out to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to advise that you have incorrectly ordered. Returned items must be undamaged and unopened, sealed in their original packaging. You are responsible for sending the incorrectly ordered item/s back to us. You will also be charged for freight once again when we send out the correct item (dependent on shipping method required). If necessary, you will have to pay the difference if the item costs more. We do not refund your money for the wrong choice of item, however we are happy to give you a store credit for the value of the item/s. Incorrectly ordered items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
Incorrectly sent items – Any items incorrectly sent by body treats, will be re-sent to you free of charge. If body treats has sent you a product you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours to advise. We will ask you to send back the incorrect product before we dispatch the correct one. The postage fee you incur to send the item back to us will be reimbursed.
body treats aims to make your shopping experience safe, convenient and stress-free. Our site uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which encrypts and protects your personal information (name, address, credit card number) from being accessed by anyone over the Internet.
We do not pass on any of your personal details to other parties.
REVIEWS / COMMENTS
Throughout the site users may be invited to review products. If you submit such reviews, you give body treats permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them. You also permit body treats to publish your first name and state/town.
Such reviews posted in no way represent the views or opinions of body treats or its owners, employees or others, but are the sole product of its creator.
PURPOSE OF GOODS
