The simple steps for deliveries with Body Treats-Online Beauty Products
- You place your order online.
- You choose your shipping method in checkout. All methods are explained below.
- When entering your address you also can put in a Business Name or address to find you quicker.
- If your order is placed before 1pm* it will be dispatched same day Monday-Friday. *99% of products are in stock but if not we will dispatch it next day not the same day. Please keep this in mind!
- If your order was placed after 1pm we will dispatch next day Monday- Friday.
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Body Treats saying complete and will receive your tracking number via email directly from Australia Post (be sure to check your junk mail inbox).
- If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched Monday.
No dispatch on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Please note we are based in Sydney and use AEST.

SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS
Please note that body treats assumes no responsibility for packages once they leave us. Specific delivery times or days cannot be requested. Lost packages will only be investigated after 10 days. All packages can be investigated with the tracking number but only packages using the registered service with signature will be replaced if lost as we have proof of delivery.
All parcels are traceable with a tracking number. Prices below are when you are spending less than the minimum spend.
Upgrades when spending over $50.00-$90.00
- Signature and Express Parcel: $6.50
* – Safe drop if no one is home, therefore we hold no responsibility if the package goes missing from the safe drop. It is still up to the driver if he feels it is safe to leave, if not it will be taken to the local post office. Tracking number provided.
* – A signature is required, therefore packages will not be left at the door if no one is home to sign for it. This option gives you proof that the article was sent; proof that the article was received (a signature is obtained on delivery); you will be compensated for loss or damage of the article. Package will be replaced in full. Tracking number provided.
*l – Safe drop if no one is home, therefore we hold no responsibility if the package goes missing from safe drop. Guaranteed next business day delivery (from the day we dispatch, not the day you placed your order) within the express-post-domestic-delivery-estimator It is still up to the driver if he feels it is safe to leave, if not it will be taken to the local post office. Tracking number provided.
* – guaranteed next business day delivery (from the day we dispatch, not the day you placed your order) within the express-post-domestic-delivery-estimator as well as additional peace of mind with online tracking and a signature on delivery of your items; compensation for loss or damage of the article. Packages will not be left at door if no one is available to sign for delivery. Package will be replaced in full.
Estimated time frames for delivery will vary, however as a general indication you can expect your package within 1 to 10 working days from dispatch.

S.A, W.A, N.T, TAS and regional N.S.W – 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.
Please note that if you live in remote areas of any state it may take longer. This is out of our control.
Delivery cost is per order not per item.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment is received. Payments made by credit card are instant; bank deposits may take several days to be processed.
No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. Any orders placed on these days will get processed the following working day.
Ensure to give correct details for delivery. eg unit number or apartment number, street number and any other info that would be useful. Giving your work address is advisable. If orders are returned due to incorrect address information, you will be charged an additional freight charge to have the package re-sent to you.

body treats can ship internationally, however you must contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. body treats is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation of certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
