Take a deep breath in and hold for 4 seconds, feeling into the warmth in your heart space. Allow your breath to bring stillness as you exhale and tune into the present moment. Send light and love through your entire body.

Essential oils to boost the immune system
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years to support general health and wellbeing. These pure essences from Mother Nature help to bring balance to the mind, body and soul. Getting enough sleep each night also helps ensure the immune system has the

When you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed:
Lavender essential oil is the oil of calm (often known as the Swiss army knife of oils!). It helps calm and relax the nervous system and may be used aromatically and topically. Add a few drops to your diffuser or apply to your wrists and behind your ears. Add a few drops to the palm of your hand, cup your hands and then take a deep breath, then place your hands on your heart or on the back of your neck.
Harmony Aromatic Mist (Combardis). Spray the mist over the crown of your head. Breathe the scent in deeply and repeat the affirmation “I am connected to a deep sense of peace within me.” Use at the first sign of any stressful situation – this may be just trying to get the kids out the door to school in the morning!
Citrus oils such as Lemon, Wild Orange and Bergamot are incredible to diffuse in the room to lesson heightened tension.
• Vetiver. Vetiver is an exotic, earthy essential oil that is extremely grounding and calming. It is used widely in perfumes. Apply to your wrists and behind the ears or add just a drop to a diffuser blend of Lavender and Wild Orange.
