Body Treats uses Fastway couriers and Australia Post for all deliveries
Australia Wide.

All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not home a card is
left and you can collect the parcel from your local post office or call
fastway to arrange a suitable time.

Ensure to give correct details for delivery. eg unit number or apartment
number, street number and any other info that would be useful. Giving your
work address is advisable so you can sign for it.

All orders are dispatched next working day when orders are placed on a
working day between 9.00am-5.00pm. (unless out of stock)

No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE- ONLY $8.50
All packages are insured and trackable.

Estimated time frame- 1-7 working days from dispatch. (Most areas in NSW,
VIC and QLD range from 1-4 working days)

Cost is per order- Unlimited Items.

Time frames may alter if product is out of stock. Allow 3-4 working days
extra. If product is needed urgently please inquire within before purchasing
your product.

Returns

If products are received damaged please contact within 24 hours. Only once products have been sent back damaged we will send new product out.

Payments

Body Treats uses www.paypal.com.au for all credit card payments. We accept bank card, master card and visa. We also accept bank deposit.
We do not send items when we receive your order for a bank transfer payment, we dispatch items once payment is received.
Bank details are given on checkout and invoice. Ensure when you pay using paypal you press finish on the Body Treats website in order for you to receive your confirmation of your order and for Body Treats to receive your order.
